The hotel is conveniently located near the bustling city center and just a short walk away from the main square. It is also very close to the railway station, making it a great option for travelers arriving by train. The rooms, though small, are functional and equipped with necessary amenities. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, including fruits. the prompt response from the hotel for special requests is commendable.
The interior design of the hotel could use a little more attention.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Downtown. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main railway station and the Old Town. The hotel staff were kind and helpful throughout my visit. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the shower was excellent. The bed was comfortable, and I even received a larger pillow upon request. The breakfast offered a good selection of cold items, with hot scrambled eggs and sliced sausages. The hotel's proximity to trams, the main shopping mall, and popular attractions made it even more convenient. Despite being near the train tracks, the noise was minimal and did not bother me at all during the night. I highly recommend Hotel Downtown for a pleasant and enjoyable stay in Krakow.

This hotel is fantastic value for money! Its central location means you can easily walk to all the main attractions in Krakow, including the Oldtown and the train station. The rooms are well-equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, a fridge, and tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast included offers a great variety of both hot and cold dishes, catering to all tastes. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in providing Wi-Fi on the higher floors.
